Mindfulness in Early Childhood

Mindful self-care enhances your physical, mental and emotional health. The act of self-care is pivotal to maintain optimal health especially during the time of COVID-19. This wellness session will explore self-care techniques and tools to support mindfulness. Participants will learn and engage in a mindfulness practice, including gentle yoga, breathing techniques, positive thinking and visualization to incorporate in the workplace.

Audience: Birth-to-5, infant, toddler, and preschool teachers, providers, and administrators
